Terms of Service

By using Omathle (“the Service”) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms form a binding agreement between you and Omathle.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Omathle. By using the Service, you confirm you are 13 or older. If you are under 18, you should have parental permission. We reserve the right to terminate accounts belonging to users under 13.

When using Omathle, you must not:

• Share, display or transmit nudity, sexual content or graphic violence
• Harass, bully, threaten or abuse other users
• Share personal information of other users without their consent
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to hack, disrupt or damage the Service
• Create multiple accounts to avoid a ban
• Use automated tools (bots) to interact with the Service
• Impersonate another person or entity

Violations may result in immediate account termination and, where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities.

By joining a video session, you consent to your video and audio being transmitted to the other user in that session. You acknowledge that:

• You are interacting with a real stranger
• We do not monitor or record video/audio streams
• We cannot guarantee the behaviour of other users
• You should report any inappropriate behaviour using the in-game report button

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

Omathle and its content (including maths problems, design and code) are owned by us. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

You retain ownership of anything you submit (such as help questions), but by submitting it you grant us a licence to use it to provide the Service.

We reserve the right to:

• Remove any content that violates these terms
• Suspend or terminate any account at our discretion
• Ban users who receive multiple reports from other users

You may delete your account at any time by contacting privacy@omathle.com.

Omathle is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any harm caused by interactions with other users.

You use Omathle at your own risk.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via the website.
